Great news Dev Alpha owners! RIM starts sending out Limited Edition Trade-up forms to all qualified app vendors. These 12,000 limited BlackBerry 10 smartphones  will be specifically made for developers who has enrolled swapping program in any of BlackBerry Jam Sessions. BlackBerry 10 Dev LE will probably hold same specs of consumer L-Series model but with different casing. According to Alec Saunders, VP Developer Relations at RIM, this priceless gift will have ”Thank You for being part of Blackberry 10 Launch” engraved on its panel. How Cool is that!

The e-mail states delivery period of BlackBerry 10 Dev LE devices that is after the launch of BlackBerry 10 (Jan 30th).
