Custom add your WiFi connection with custom DNS:
Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS: 8.4.4.4
Make sure you won’t conflict your IP address with other IP on the same network. It won’t work if it conflicts, try changing the last digits of your IP address. Please watch video in detail.

I’ve changed the sec DNS to 8.8.4.4 and 8.4.4.4 but both are not working

I bought Z10 today and i have blackberry torch as well, the voice service was working on the torch but this morning it gave me “the connection cannot be established” keeping in mind that browsing the net using WIFI is working fine
