I have a BB 9300, been trying to update the OS from 5 to 6 thru the desktop software, while downloading the modules, the process gets stuck after 511 of 635 have been downloaded.
how to go about sorting this issue??
Update manually by downloading and installing the OS file.

I have updated my fone from os 5 to os 6 and now I have been facing problem with network. My fone works perfectly when it has 3g network but it does not catch 2g network. I am using airtel but I even tried using my fone with tata docomo but still my fone is not catchin the 2g network. Can some1 tell me what the problem is and also the solution for the same
