Ugliest review on web ever
Worst service I have ever seen is in Univercell. The Insurabce scheme is totally “FAKE”. Please don’t believe it.

I am very disappointed with univercel customer service people. I bought samsung champ duos handset in univercel, within a day the set had headset problem. samsung service centre people had given DOA for the same to replace the set.
When i asked the univercel guys to replace they do not respond me in professional way. It is Worst service I have ever expirianced in univercell.

I had bought a mobile (LG Optimus P500) on August 7th 2011(Sunday, two weeks back). I was suggested the mobile for its extended customer home service by the sales representative of your showroom. I found out that the mike didn’t function properly the very next day but could not visit the showroom due to personal work. I handed over the mobile for service on August 10th. I was told the next day that the mobile has been sent to LG service centre for verification. On August 12th, I was informed that it was not a minor problem and a replacement would be given after further communication from LG service centre. On August 16th, we were told that we could get a replacement or any other model (other than LG) the next day. When I went yesterday (Aug 17th) they still don’t have any replacement nor an answer. I was informed that there were no LG Optimus P500 mobiles in the whole locality (Chennai). And I’m yet to get a proper response as of when I would get it.
