   Redington is full of dumb and illiterates employees.
   i tried once S.V. Rd. Khar(W)…
   and went back to road side shop…. they were cheap and had some sense about how blackberry works.

2. When I was new to Blackberry” I went their for os sw update, which after doing I checked they eventually had degraded my OS sw rather than upgrading it.

3. Varad Electronics – has a hopeless set of people manning the place in Vashi. I gave my BB 8520, whose display got spoiled when I plugged in the USB. I had bought it on 06th April 2011 and it got spoilt around the third week of May. I gave it to the service center on 11 June 2011. I called them up on 25th June (today) to ask if the piece had come in after repairs. THey answered in the positive.

   Meanwhile, unfortunately, I had forgotten my original service receipt at an outstation trip. This guy at the counter simply refused to give me the BB, and was adamant that he needed the Original receipt.

   I argued with them and said I can produce a scanned copy of the orignal, but that wouldn’t help. I also asked him to verify my credentials and then hand over the blackberry, but he would not do that either. Now he expects that I spend moreto go back and find where I misplaced the original receipt and then he will give me the BB.

   No use arguing or even pleading for a way out. My BB is still with them, and they will send it back to the warehouse after 45 days, after which, even if I get my original receipt, I cannot claim it…

   Practically brainless guys hiding beind rules there…Pah!!!!

4. hi,
   i submitted my 9780 on 23 june 2011 at khurana brothers janak puri, but when i calld them yesterday the 9th july 2011 they didnt given me any clue of present status of handset, after sending my employee to their center they told him that the courier which they sent to blackberry got misplaced or lost by them so whole lot of phones are missing donow when they will rivert.
   i dont know wht rubish is this, do i need to go Legal with them or sholud i wait some more time.

5. The most pathetic service for such a niche product. The after sale service is horrible. Their customer care no 1800-4253-720 will frustrate you beyond your imagination. No soul will ever pick this phone.

   Blackberry is simply giving their customer a frustrating & horrible experience and that too by paying such a heavy price on product and services.

   I wonder why BB is tight lipped on after sale service part in India which is in wrong hand and bringing disgrace to their product

7. Blackberry is a good product but the importer & service provider “Redington” definitely creates a bad impression about the product due to the poor quality of after-sales-service. This feedback is not about my particular product but a day-to-day issue at the Redington Blackberry service center.

   My Blackberry’s keypad was not working fine (covered under warranty) and I had to visit the Redington Blackberry Service Center @ Cunningham Road, Bangalore. I experienced a very long wait time in the queue because of inadequate service personnel at the front desk. Desk phones ringing continuously as the support executives ignore the calls. They inform every customer that “the issue would take a few days to resolve as the handset needs to be sent out of town and get them repaired at the higher level of support” and “please call our service center for the status of the repair”.

   Please let me know, has any calls been answered? I saw customers complaining that they keep calling the service center and nobody ever picks up the call. This was my experience on both the visits to the Redington Blackberry service center.

   As expected, they informed me “your handset would be sent out of town and would be repaired at the next level of support. Once the handset was ready, I would also get a call to update the status of repair (which I never got or even expected). This would take 5-6 days”. I did not get in touch with the service center for the next 10 days as I expected the handset would not be ready (by the impression of the customer service). On my next visit to the service center I was able to collect my repaired handset after a long wait. And the scene was the same like the last time…frustrated patient customers…desk phones ringing…long wait…inadequate service personnel… and a bad reputation.

   I hope “Research in Motion” is listening.
   I work as a Support Technician and I know what ‘customer satisfaction’ means. Even if the issue is not resolved just let me know where I stand…what’s the status. I don’t expect more.
   Leave alone ‘customer delight’.

8. Very Bed Service They not receiving my phone call since 2 day.. After receiving call they have put me on hold for half hours, after line got disconnected again to call them i have to workhard for next 3 days….

9. Lajpat Nagar – Pathetic service, no.’s given always come switched off, saw people complaining about everything there. Hopeless about the blackberry service, for every complain they send your device to banglore which took 15 – 20 days. very less counters, unfriendly staff – no senior will present to listen your complain.

   Regretting why i purchased blackberry play book ( adaptor stops working in 1 month time).

   Blackberry have to change the dealership / service centre, if they want to compete in the market specially in Delhi.

10. i bought black berry 8520 curve in May 2012, after one month only i got display problem. It’s my blunder wrong decision to buy black berry. There is no service support, which add more value to don’t buy black berry mobile.

    It’s sorry to say to blackberry your product have no quality, it’s always better to buy any Chinese mobile.

    It’s my kind request to you please find a solution, otherwise the day is very near for out to teh market 🙁

12. To whom so ever concern!!!

    I gave my blackberry cell phone for the repair in your Lajpat Nagar, Delhi – India Redington India Limited on 3 of November 2012, the day of summiting my cell phone they told me I will get the same maximum in 10 working days.
    From Last 3 to 4 days I am keep on calling your service station but there is no response from your side, most of the time it says ‘the number you are dialing is switch off or if luckily its rings but then no one will pick up the same.

13. One of the most pathetic service I have seen. Redington India is scam company. I cant digest the fact that a company like Blackberry chose this company as their support partners.
    I gave my blackberry phone to them at Cunnigham road in bangalore. They are the only one service centre from blackberry in Bangalore. Its been now 7 days none of their number are reachable. They dont pick up the phone. Only after giving the phone I checked on the internet about this company redington and saw lot of people written and given very bad feedbacks. You can yourself try calling any of the number of this redington bangalore facility and check for yourself. It will never be picked up.
    I always wondered why Blackberry phones are not attractive anymore to people even though their phones are very good. Now I know. I was a huge fan of Blackberry, and hence I have been using, buying & recommending Blackberry for last 8 years. Now because of the pathetic service and support quality, I will never use blackberry again. Redington and Blackberry are both a shame.
