PlayBook 2.0 Update Near? 3rd Party Apps Show Way to Android Market

Ever since we hear officials say native PIM and Android market to release late summer thats is September, there has been many shouts and leaks of PlayBook 2.0 release. This seems very soon to arrival as even apps for PlayBook hints with merge of Android stuff to PlayBook. Readers Digest app is an eMagazine stand where readers can read and download latest monthly edition directly within app. Surprisingly, the latest edition in stand can’t be downloaded and gives a message as seen above. Is it because the arrival of Android Player this month? Are we getting the market for the same as well? Time will say

The above images are leaked snaps emerged web last week by some Chinese source. The first picture shows various native accounts settings from Emails, Calendar, Contacts, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn. Its good to see such refresh in OS which will overcome critical reviews received back at launch. Moving back to second image, a native BBM client shows up along highly anticipated Android Player enabling Android apps to run on PlayBook. Interesting part is, BBM native client is supposedly to link with BlackBerry ID which will bring all your smartphone contacts to PlayBook BBM without bridging the 2 devices. Its going to be a pretty good addition & no doubt a hefty OS update overall.
