Torch 9810 can be said a replica of Torch 9800 which was released last year. With the same hardware design the Blackberry Torch 9810 doesn’t seem to be an upgraded phone physically. Though you will find some cosmetic changes all around. On the front, you may observe the Call & End key is now completely white as seen on Bold 9900 replacing green & red of earlier. Unfortunately this model of BlackBerry 7 smartphones doesn’t sport the stylish light enabled trackpad found on all new BlackBerrys. The chrome surrounding is also replaced with rough-polish safe guarding scratches.

On-screen keyboard is also changed in BlackBerry OS 7 with letters now being placed in a box shaped keys as seen on BlackBerry PlayBook. The slider reveals a thin QWERTY keypad which isn’t as spacious as Bold series but has unique BlackBerry traditional key-bending to ease typing. Many may find it tough to adjust specially users with fat fingers but will get use to eventually using it for a day or two. Overall, it is a good option apart from on-screen keyboard.
