The company has released a free PVR Cinemas app Exclusively for BlackBerry Z10 which helps users to manage their membership accounts & pay tickets by just tapping the smartphone on the hub installed. It doesn’t stops here, you can even pay for your snacks as shown by Jitendra Verma, Chief Information Officer at PVR Cinemas, in the video above. How cool is that?
Flow of cash within PVR account have been modified as well. Unlike other NFC payments, which directly pays from your bank account or credit/debit cards, this app sets a separate PVR Cinemas wallet which is linked to your real money & can transact any amount at anytime. This feature comes handy especially if you are a hardcore movie maniac & go out of control spending. PVR Cinemas also keep histories to make your life more simpler. It is also BBM Connected & opts to share your movie time with friends by updating your BBM status.
The app is now available on BlackBerry World for BlackBerry Z10 & is ready for action in several PVR Cinemas located near you.
