BlackBerry 10 browser has a LOT more than what you’ve got earlier on BlackBerry smartphones. With fully support of Flash, Desktop mode, Privacy mode & other solid features, it also keeps you ahead of time by listing few sites you frequently visit at launch page of the app. Though this is one great feature to quickly browse to websites you usually visit but may also be a little turn off for some reserved users. Here’s a quick guide to make the launch page go blank leaving no trace of history.

Steps:

  1. Go to Browser settings by clicking extended menu key (3 dots on right-bottom)
  2. Select Display and Actions
  3. Click on Home Page drop down menu & select ‘Open a specific page’ option
  4. Type ‘about:blank‘ in text field as shown belowIMG_00001274
  5. Go back to main screen of Browser to save changes
  6. Close Browser app & relaunch to see history-less blank page
