why until today blackberry. z10 stl100-3 can not be updated to OS 10.3, I need an explanation
I have recently purchased Z30 with preinstalled software 10.2.1.2977. The device now show that it can be updated to 10.3.1.1767 9 (Size 1.6GB) . But when ever I try to Update the software can be downloaded 100% but while installation it shows fatal error sometime after 99%, 56% etc. The Model Blackberry Z30 India, Model No-STA100-2.
