Back in March, BlackBerry announced another luxurious smartphone in partnership with Porsche Design named Keian. The officials haven’t revealed much but said it would be the most powerful Porsche Design handset to date and will launch later this year. We and many guessed that it will be based on BlackBerry Passport and thanks to the guys at BlackBerryCentral for confirming it by giving us its first glimpse today.
Similar to other BlackBerry Porsche Design smartphones, the Keian will sport the typical robust design carrying the beautiful glass keypad as seen on the BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9983. Being based on the Passport, it will have the all new touch-sensitive physical keyboard fitted in 3-rows combined with a virtual soft row. BlackBerry Passport has already won hearts of many with its unique design and also bagged the best of the best award earlier this month.
