The all new PRIV by BlackBerry smartphone is available online on Amazon! The 5.4? dual-curved Q-HD display with sliding form-factor is truly a marvelous looking device and is surprisingly very thin with all it sports – from physical keyboard hidden beneath the screen to massive 3410mAh battery to keep you running for long. PRIV is available for MRP of Rs. 62,990 with several EMI schemes.

Unlike any other Android smartphones, PRIV has its own class of luxury. Apart from its unique slider, the rear panel is designed with signature BlackBerry kevlar-like glass-weave texture giving an elegant look & comfort in hands. The phone is thinner than most Android phones like the OnePlus (One & Two), Moto devices etc. which literally amazed everyone at launch earlier this week. The addition to install Micro-SD card up-to 2TB of space is again a limited resource in Android field.

Can we use BlackBerry Priv as earlier model lije BlackBerry Z 30?? Can we restore our data to Priv from BlackBerry Link?? In Priv, Can we use Micro SD card as pan drive like BlackBerry OS 10?? Because Android OS never allow to use SD card as Pandrive.
Yes is the answer for all your questions. BlackBerry has provided everything seamlessly for the PRIV 🙂
Available with EBay India for INR 50000 upwards. Do not follow the logic of pricing. Ordered the other day through E Bay. Let the model be STV100-1,3 or 4. All work on Indian LTE Band 3 (1800 MHz) that is available to me.
Smart buyer ;)… but we don’t encourage everyone to buy from unofficial sources.
True, Ali. There was a note of concealed desperation in my earlier post. I waited from 28 Jan till 2nd Feb waiting for this device to appear on Amazon. India. Nothing happened and even now, with a search in the Amazon site, I cannot find the product. I can see it only through the link you have provided. Incidentally, I am a great believer in Amazon products and am a regular customer too. Hope I will be a smart buyer as you say!!
Shahriyar.. waiting for your honest review.. only then I can decide whether to go for it or no.. pls post review soon.. thanks..
Glad you trust our reviews. We are still testing the PRIV before posting our honest opinion on it. Review shall go live sometime next week. Initial impressions are positive 🙂
Thank you.. im currently using a classic.. but sometimes feel, that i need the latest important apps like Ola, and other unique apps which are on android.. u think its worth the switch.. yes.. the cost is a factor.. but I dont mind it for the convenience of the Keyboard, apps, and battery..
The best thing about PRIV is the Keyboard and BlackBerry exclusive apps and experience which makes Android much better than other smartphones. Will detail it more in our review.
Very unfair on the part of BlackBerry to charge at this price. Presently I love my BlackBerry Z30.. hope the price will come down below 50k with In a year so..
The pricing won’t help BlackBerry..only the very true loyalists and business men/industrialists might want to shell out..but the big middle class/Upper middle class bracket will not think even once about going for it..i think in a few months time the pricing will fall down drastically like it happened even with the q1 and all..
As speculated the price was suppose to be within 40k and as a BlackBerry loyalist my plan was to go with new Priv but with this exorbitant price, I feel cheated by BlackBerry. It’s truly unaffordable considering the poor after sales service. As of now I will have to use my Z10 and wait for the price to drop. Thumbs down BB cos of the price factor…
